This recipe is so good they are great if you are having friends over or to take them to a special occasion, they look so good like you have spent hours on them but they only really take thirty minutes.
What to do?
250g Shop brought puff pastry (you can make your own but top chefs think it is easier to just buy it)
Sprinkle of sugar to put on the top of the pastry when cooking
300ml double cream
10g icing sugar (optional)
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
50g blueberrys
3 strawberry
Icing sugar for decoration
First you need to get a baking tray and put some greaseproof paper on the tray and preheat the over to 180C/356F.
Then cut the pastry to 5cm long and 7cm wide and continue until you make 10 pieces .
After put all of the squares of pastry on the baking tray and put in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
When they are in the oven cooking you can prepare the cream. Whisk the cream and add in the icing sugar but you don't have to add in the icing sugar it just makes the cream sweeter, then add in the zest and the juice of one lemon.
Once they are out of the oven leave them to cool.
When they have cooled use a piping bag and pipe the cream onto the pastry and add the fruit (you can use whatever fruit you would like, I chose those two because they are my favorite) once you have added the fruit get another piece of pastry and pipe some cream onto that piece and place it on top of the other piece of pastry but be careful because they can break easily and continue until you have finished with all of the pastry.
After sprinkle some icing sugar on the top and eat and enjoy.
