Nail polish

This nail Polish is my favorite I have had really expensive nail polish but this is by far my favorite it is called natural collection . It come in a range of different colours and different shades you find this nail polish from Boots. I recommend having this nail polish it might not last very long but if you add a top coat over your nails it will then last longer. There are lots of summer colors but also some wintry colours they have colours for all different seasons and to match every outfit I really recommend having a try at this nail polish. Bullying

There are always people that are being horrible and nasty to you so I have found some tips and some things that I have used in the past from experience I know what you are going through it get better use these tips to help you through these times. 1.Don't let them see it gets to you act like you don't care because hopefully they will leave you alone cause they are not getting the attention they are hoping for. 2.Find someone who knows what you are going through so they can help you and give you advise. 3. They are still people they might be going through something themselves so they are taking it out on you. Ask if they are okay and why they are going this to you. 4. Tell someone it is not right what they are doing to you a teacher parents someone that will help you and give you support. 5. Here are some life hacks for school I have used or I have found these hope these help you through the rest of the year.  1. Put your phone or alarm on the other side of your room so when your alarm goes off you have to get up to turn your alarm off. Turn it up the loudest volume it can go so you wont just go back to sleep because there is this really loud noise of your alarm. 2. Get your clothes,books anything you need the night before so it is not a huge rush in the morning. 3.If you have to write a long piece of writing go to preference and click auto save then it will save for you then if there was a problem you have not just lost all of your work.  4.Get some tape or nail polish and paint or wrap the tape round any of you school supplies so if anyone takes them you know that it is yours so you don't go through so much school supplies through the rest of the year. 5. I recently got braces and I want to tell you my experience of having them.

Now a days there are more and more people getting braces. I recently got braces and I want to tell you my experience of having them. They can sometimes be hard and hurt unbearable amounts but it all gets better. There is more and more hidden sugars is food and you are told to cut down on the sugar because you can get stains on your teeth. When I eat food I have to think what I can eat as hard food break my brace or will it stick? Does it have to much sugar in? The odd time you can have sugary food but not all the time because they are not for long and you don't want stains on your teeth for the rest of your life. Women are suppose to have 25 grams of sugar a day that is 6 teaspoons and men are suppose to have 37.5 grams of sugar that is 9 teaspoons.  Many foods have lots of hidden sugar. Fizzy drinks are very bad for sugar. But if you brace is hurting or aching it only happens for a few days it gets better, it is all worth it, short term pain for long term gain. You may

DIY pencils

No one likes boring school supplies you want to be different, unique, try this DIY where you can make these awesome pencils. By making these you can make them you !! 1. All you need is some pencils, you can nearly get anywhere they are so cheep. 2. Get some colourful tape that may have a pattern on or your favourite colour on wrap the tape round the pencil until you have finished you can make any sort of design.  This is so quick and so inexpensive you can pay for pencils that have patterns on but making theses you can make them you, to your style !!!  What is your favourite stationary shop ??  <3

Studying

Studying can be boring tiring and something that you leave to the last minute then you realize  you have a test tomorrow and you get all stressed and you just don't know what to do because we have all been there here is what i have found and used to help me and be prepared so this does not happen again.   Flashcards are the most helpful thing ever they are so easy to make and you can print some of and make them yourself. They are so helpful and they are just so easy to make they are the best thing cause you can take them out just before the test and just quickly go over everything before you start. Get a planner you can get a planner they are so cheep some school even give them to you for free when your get some homework or a test date write them in straight away don't leave it until later because you may forget. You can even download a free app for you phone and set reminders for yourself. Take breaks if you go for like 3 hours you wont learn as much as if you would if y

Who You Are !!

You don't have to be this most perfect figure the most perfect person because everyone is beautiful inside and out, you may worry about the way you look what people may think of you what people may say. But as long as you are happy with yourself that all that matter. If you want to get healthier fitter, then do it for yourself because all that matter is that you think you are beautiful because you are. If you want to get healthier then do it for you it is easy to get more healthier  to get some sort of exercise even if it is just for a short time anything is better than nothing. But the most important thing is that you dont stop doing something for someone else all that matters is that you are happy with yourself and you do it for you.

New Years Resolutions

2016 Most people goals in 2016 are to get healthier lose weight and do more exercise or go on a diet, stop smoking, stop drinking, what ever it is here are some tips to help you here is what i have what i have found . To do this the first thing is you have to make sure you are doing it for yourself not for anyone else. The first thing is to get motivated so you keep at it because only 1 in 10 people keep to there new years resolutions. If you want to get healthier you must put it somewhere you will always see it what you want to achieve, if it is putting it in your bedroom or on you fridge door just put your goals on a piece of paper where you will always be reminded. Tell your friends and family what you want to achieve to see if they can help you in some way or just to motivate you to keep you going. Make sure you are going to be able to achieve your goals you cant set yourself something if you are not going to be able to do it. Stick to it, if you want to achieve your goal

Just stand up for what you believe in.

This is my blog inspiration and motivation, fashion, cooking and baking. I want to help and inspire you to be that person who you want to be to achieve your goals in life. I  am only teen these are all my opinions, some people may agree some people may disagree. I think people should just be yourself, I have come across in life some people who have always been in my life and people that just come along and go when a better offer comes along. It does not matter what size or shape you are as everyone is beautiful inside and out. Just stand up for what you believe in.
